dungeon after dungeon. the weapon and itemloadout is unique in that you can customize three slots for each, and you can switch yourequipment and even heal yourself on the fly. there were times that i felt pretty outmatchedby my foes, even if i was able to use my soul power. this is where the multiplayer factorcomes in, and i happen to think that such an attribute is an excellent idea, especiallyin rpgs. though it is a hack-and-slash adventure in its true colors, shining soul ii is meantfor link cable play, and is much easier and fun to beat with a friend. adding to the game'sreal-time style and overall difficulty is the fact that pressing start does not stopthe action. go to the main menu in the middle of battle and expect to get cheapshotted.also expect to learn the hard way that the
